Pre-order items may take 3-10 days for processing and to ship out after estimated arrival date. Please keep in mind that the availability and exact dates for receiving the items are estimates as both are subject to change. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You may cancel pre-ordered items within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with order # and item description to cancel. After 24 hours, the order has already been processed, and may not be cancelled. Import duties, taxes and fees may apply to pre-ordered items and are responsibility of the customer.
We hope you absolutely love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns on full-priced items for original payment or store credit within 7 days of delivery. You will have up to 14 days after items have been delivered to receive store credit in the form of a gift card for anything else on the website. All sale apparel items are eligible for store credit only within 7 days of delivery, unless otherwise specified under promotional terms and conditions. All sale accessories will be FINAL SALE. All sale items purchased on promotion will also be deemed as FINAL SALE. All items purchased through Cyber Monday sale will be deemed as FINAL SALE.
We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, return your merchandise as soon as possible and we will issue you store credit if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements laid out below. Store credit/gift card can be used to order a different size or any of our other products.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached and must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
For hygiene reasons, intimates, swimwear, bodysuits, tights, socks, accessories (rings, necklaces, earrings), headbands, hats and other hair accessories (hairpins, elastics, scrunchies...) may not be returned or exchanged.
All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please email email@example.com for assistance before returning.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable. We have the right to deny credit if any items returned do not meet our return policy standards, in which you will be responsible for the shipping fees to have the item shipped back to you.
To return merchandise:
- Request an RA# from firstname.lastname@example.org and include the following information: invoice #, item/description, quantity and reason for return. Please note we will not accept any returns without an RA#.
- After receiving the RA#, please fill out the return form included with your invoice in your package. A return label will be emailed to you.
- Pack and seal the items securely with the completed return form in the poly bag provided in your package and affix the shipping label on the package. Simply drop it off at your local United States Postal Office.
- A return postage fee of $10.99 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund. Please note we are not responsible for covering any shipping costs.
- Be sure to have your package postmarked and sent off within 7 days of receipt of merchandise for refund of original payment, and within 14 days for store credit.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your items are received, deducting any shipping fees.
