Orders are processed 7 days a week excluding US Holidays. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. Most orders placed by 1p.m. PST Monday-Friday will ship out that same day, except during U.S. Holidays. We currently ship to addresses in the U.S. and U.S. territories only. We currently do not ship to international addresses.

Pre-order items may take 3-10 days for processing and to ship out after estimated arrival date. Please keep in mind that the availability and exact dates for receiving the items are estimates as both are subject to change. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. You may cancel pre-ordered items within 24 hours of placing the order. Please email email@example.com with order # and item description to cancel. After 24 hours, the order has already been processed, and may not be cancelled. Import duties, taxes and fees may apply to pre-ordered items and are responsibility of the customer.
We hope you absolutely love your order, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we accept returns on full-priced items for original payment or store credit within 7 days of receipt. You will have up to 14 days after items have been purchased to receive store credit for anything else on the website. All Sale items are considered as Final Sale, and are not eligible for return.
We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, return your merchandise as soon as possible and we will issue you store credit if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements laid out below. Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of our other products.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached and must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
For hygiene reasons, intimates, swimwear, bodysuits, tights, socks, accessories (rings, necklaces, earrings), headbands and other hair accessories (hairpins, elastics, scrunchies...) may not be returned or exchanged.
All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance before returning.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling and customs charges are non-refundable. We have the right to deny credit if any items returned do not meet our return policy standards, in which you will be responsible for the shipping fees to have the item shipped back to you.
To return merchandise, please email email@example.com for RA# with invoice #, item/description/quantity and reason for return. Please note we will not accept any returns without an RA#. After receiving the RA#, simply fill out the return form included in your shipment, securely pack and seal the items and include the completed return form in an appropriate shipping box or envelope. We recommend sending the items back using an insured/trackable delivery service to the address below. We currently do not provide pre-paid return labels and are not responsible for covering return shipping costs.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your items are received.
PLEASE NOTE: ceme is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
